I created KM Hair Salon to offer a more personal salon experience in Escondido one built on consistency, healthy hair, modern results, and genuine care from the beginning.

My name is Loan Lam, although many of my clients know me as Lynn. I’m a proud Vietnamese immigrant, a longtime Escondido resident, and opening my first salon has been one of the biggest personal and professional milestones of my life.
I created KM Hair Salon because I wanted to build something more personal than the typical rushed salon experience. KM also carries personal meaning for me, because the initials come from my daughters a reminder of what matters most to me and why this salon means so much.
After many years in the beauty industry, I wanted to create a space where clients feel welcomed, understood, and confident in the care they receive. For me, great hair is not only about the final look, but also about the experience behind it.
From thoughtful consultations to honest recommendations, everything here is meant to support healthy hair, polished results, and styles that fit real life. I still work behind the chair, and I’m also building a growing team that shares the same standards of care and consistency I believe in.
